Chris Vega
I’m Chris Vega, a senior finance leader with more than two decades of experience guiding companies through audits, international expansion, financing, and financial-system implementations. I’ve served as Controller and Acting CFO, bringing both hands-on accounting leadership and an executive perspective to the decisions behind the numbers. I’m also a U.S. Navy veteran; my experience as a Hospital Corpsman serving with U.S. Marine Corps units shaped a leadership style grounded in discipline, composure under pressure, and accountability.
At BioQ Pharma, I led financial operations across seven countries, supported more than $55 million in debt and equity financings, and worked with our auditors to complete 11 years of historical financial reporting in less than a year.
I founded Vega Catalyst Consulting to bring that same rigor, judgment, and hands-on financial leadership to growing companies that need senior finance expertise without adding a full-time executive.
